Welcome to the products and services provided by "weldZIP"! weldZIP is created and operated by Shanghai Kongde Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Our registered address is 2nd Floor, 800 Naxian Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. We deeply understand the importance of personal information to you and solemnly commit to protecting the personal information and privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") who use our products and services (collectively referred to as "weldZIP services"). When you use weldZIP services, we may collect and use your relevant personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information").

The **weldZIP Privacy Policy** (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") applies to the weldZIP services we provide, including the weldZIP App, website, client, mini-programs, and new forms of products and services that may emerge with technological advancements. Users under the age of 18 should read this policy accompanied by a legal guardian, paying special attention to the terms regarding minors. Through this policy, we aim to explain the rules we follow when collecting and using your personal information, as well as the methods we provide for accessing, correcting, deleting, and protecting this information, to better safeguard your rights.

By using or continuing to use our products or services after we update this policy, you agree to this policy and consent to our handling of your relevant personal information in accordance with this policy.  

This policy applies to weldZIP services. If there are inconsistencies with similar terms in other sub-projects, this policy shall prevail. If a specific service we provide does not apply to this policy, the service will explicitly exclude the application of this policy in an appropriate manner.  

### 1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information  

We collect your personal information primarily to make it easier and more satisfying for you and other users to use weldZIP services. This personal information helps us achieve this goal.  

#### (1) Ways We Collect and Obtain Your Personal Information:  

1. **Personal Information Provided by You**:  

   - When registering for a weldZIP account or using weldZIP services, you may provide personal information such as your phone number. You may also voluntarily provide additional information, including your nickname, profile picture, gender, age, education level, school, ID number, recipient's name, recipient's contact information, and shipping address (Android users may also provide their region and occupation). This information helps you register and use weldZIP, as well as access its online community and search services.  

   - Personal information you share with others through weldZIP services, as well as information stored when using weldZIP services.  

2. **Personal Information Shared by Others**:  

   - Personal information about you shared by others when they use weldZIP services.  

3. **Personal Information Collected by Us**:  

   - Personal information we collect, aggregate, and record when you use weldZIP services.

### (2) Purposes for Collecting and Using Your Personal Information:  

1. **To Help You Complete Registration, Login, and Account Deletion**:  

   To provide you with complete weldZIP services, you need to provide basic registration or login information, including using your phone number or a third-party account to log in. If you only need to use basic services such as browsing, querying, or searching, you do not need to register as a weldZIP user or provide the aforementioned personal information.  

2. **Customer Service and After-Sales Support**:  

   In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, or when you contact us, our customer service or after-sales team may require you to provide authentic identity information (e.g., name, ID card number (sensitive personal information)) and account information to verify your identity, assist you with issues, or record the handling process and results of related issues.  

   Please note that your identity information is sensitive personal information. Please provide it with caution. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to access certain services, but this will not affect the normal use of other features and services.  

3. **Maintaining Basic Functionality**:  

   During your use of our services, to identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, and provide services such as browsing, searching, registration/login, viewing and editing personal profiles, purchasing and viewing courses, shipping, and payment, we may automatically collect and store information about your service usage and usage patterns, and associate this information. This includes:  

   - **Log Information**: When you use our services, we may automatically collect detailed usage information, which is saved as network logs. Log information includes your login account, search queries, clipboard information, IP address, browser type, SIM card information, network environment, language used, access date and time, browsing history, push notification records, crash logs, duration of stay, refresh records, posting records, follows, subscriptions, favorites, and shares.  

   - **Device Information**: Based on the permissions you grant during software installation and use, we may collect and record information about your device, including device identifiers (IMEI/MAC/OpenUDID), ICCID, Serial, SIM card IMSI, device model, device serial number, operating system and version, client version, device resolution, package name, device settings, process and software lists, Android ID, IDFA, UUID, and hardware/software characteristics. We may also collect location-related information, such as IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information that can provide relevant personal information.  

   To collect the above basic personal device information, we will request access to your device information permissions. We collect this information to provide you with our basic services and functionalities. If you refuse to grant these permissions, you may not be able to use our products and services.  

   Please note that device information and log information alone cannot identify specific individuals. If we combine such non-personal information with other personal information to identify specific individuals, or use it in conjunction with personal information, it will be treated as personal information during the combined use period. Unless authorized by you or required by law, we will anonymize or de-identify such personal information. During the combined use period, this information will be treated as your personal information and protected under this privacy policy.  

4. **Providing Goods or Services to You**:  

   - **Sharing and Publishing Personal Information**: When you use weldZIP services to upload, publish, or engage in related activities (e.g., posting videos, comments, submitting documents, or reviewing products/services), we will collect the personal information you upload, publish, or generate, and may display your nickname, profile picture, and published content.  

   - **Delivery of Goods or Services**: When you order specific goods or services, we will generate an order for you. To deliver the goods or services you purchase, you may need to provide recipient information, including name, shipping address, postal code, contact number, and payment status (some of which may involve sensitive personal information). If you refuse to provide such information, we may not be able to complete the delivery. If you order goods or services for others, you must provide the aforementioned information of the actual recipient and ensure you have obtained their consent.  

   - **Order Payment, Delivery, and After-Sales Services**: To complete order payments, deliver goods or services, confirm transaction status, and provide after-sales and dispute resolution services, we may collect transaction-related information, such as account, order, payment, and logistics information, from the transaction parties, payment institutions, and logistics companies you choose. We may also share your transaction information with these service providers.  

   - **Order Management**: To display your order information and protect your after-sales rights, weldZIP will collect order information, transaction and consumption records, and virtual property information (e.g., "Hanlin Coins") generated during your use of weldZIP for display and order management purposes.  

   - **Customer Service and After-Sales Support**: When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (e.g., submitting pre-sale or after-sale requests, personal information protection complaints or suggestions, or other customer complaints and requests), we may require you to provide necessary personal information to verify your identity and ensure account and system security. We may also retain your contact information (provided during communication or voluntarily provided by you), communication/call records and content, and other necessary information related to your requests (some of which may involve sensitive personal information) to contact you, assist in resolving issues, or record the handling process and results.  

5. **Personal Information Collected Indirectly**:  

   Based on the weldZIP services you choose to use, we may obtain relevant information shared by affiliates or third-party partners with your authorization. For example, when you log in to weldZIP using a third-party account, we will obtain relevant information from that account (e.g., username, nickname, profile picture, as per your authorization) and bind your third-party account to your weldZIP account after you agree to this policy, allowing you to log in and use the service directly through the third-party account. We will collect and use this information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and based on agreements with affiliates or third-party partners, ensuring the legality of the information sources.

### 6. Displaying and Pushing Information About Goods or Services to You  

#### (1) Displaying and Recommending Goods or Services  

Based on the information you provide, the information we may collect, and the information we obtain indirectly (including your browsing and search history, device information, order information, phone number, and personal information provided in surveys during online or offline activities), we may use a combination of the above information to build recommendation algorithms, programmatic advertising models, user behavior analysis, and user profiling. This helps us extract your browsing and search preferences, behavioral habits, and other characteristics to provide you with more personalized content and page displays. You can disable personalized recommendations via "weldZIP App - My Account - Personalization."  

We may also send you marketing information via email, SMS, phone, or other means based on feature tags, promoting the following goods and services from us, our affiliates, or third parties:  

- **Our and Our Affiliates' Goods and Services**: Welding technical services, welding materials services, Hanlin Smart Platform services, smart hardware services, cloud application services, e-commerce, instant messaging services, online media services, interactive entertainment services, social networking services, payment services, application software and services, data management software and services, online advertising services, and other social media, entertainment, news, and communication software and services.  

- **Third-Party Goods and Services**: Internet services, logistics services, banking and financial services, entertainment, books and other publications, advertising services, points and rewards programs, and other goods and services we believe may be relevant to you.  

#### (2) Sending Notifications to You  

For the contact information you provide during service use (e.g., phone number), we may send service-related notifications for purposes such as user messaging, identity verification, security verification, and user experience research. Additionally, we may send you information about services, features, or activities that may interest you via SMS or phone.  

If you no longer wish to receive our messages, you can request us to stop sending them, such as by following SMS unsubscribe instructions or adjusting settings on your mobile device. However, this does not apply to messages sent in accordance with legal requirements or service agreements.  

### 7. Providing Security Assurance  

To enhance the security of the services provided by us and our partners, protect your or others' personal and property safety, and better prevent risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and intrusions, we may collect, use, or integrate your account information, transaction information, device information, log information, and personal information shared by our affiliates or partners under legal authorization. This helps us comprehensively assess account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with the law.  

### 8. Iterative Upgrades  

We strive to provide you with perfect products and services, so we continuously improve them. We may use the personal information collected through weldZIP services to diagnose system issues and optimize product experiences. For example, the personal information collected during your use of weldZIP services may be used in our other services to provide you with specific content or display information relevant to you (rather than general notifications). We may also invite you to participate in surveys about weldZIP services to help us improve existing services or design new ones. Additionally, we may use your personal information for software updates.  

If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy or collect additional personal information not mentioned herein, we will seek your consent separately through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means. During this process, you can contact us using the methods outlined in Section 10 ("How to Contact Us") of this policy.  

### 9. Other Uses  

You understand and agree that after collecting your personal information, we may de-identify the data through technical means. De-identified information cannot be used to identify you, and we reserve the right to analyze and commercially utilize such de-identified information without obtaining additional consent.  

Please note that if we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy or collect additional personal information not mentioned herein, we will seek your consent in advance (e.g., through checkboxes, pop-ups, in-app messages, emails, or SMS). Once you consent, such additional purposes will become part of this policy, and the additional personal information will also be subject to this policy.  

If we intend to use your personal information for purposes not specified in this policy or collect additional personal information not mentioned herein, we will seek your consent separately through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means. During this process, you can contact us using the methods outlined in Section 9 ("How to Contact Us") of this policy.  

### 10. Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent  

Under relevant laws and regulations, your authorization and consent are not required for collecting personal information in the following circumstances:  

1. To fulfill legal obligations as required by laws and regulations;  

2. When related to national security or defense;  

3. When related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;  

4. When related to criminal investigations, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;  

5. When necessary to protect the life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or others, but obtaining consent is difficult;  

6. When the personal information is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject;  

7. When necessary for signing or fulfilling a contract as requested by the personal information subject;  

8. When collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports or government disclosures;  

9. When necessary to ensure the secure and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as detecting or addressing product or service failures.

### 11. Permissions Required for weldZIP Services  

You understand and agree that weldZIP services may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device to collect and use personal information related to these permissions. For example:  

- We request access to your photo album to allow you to upload photos, images, or videos from your device, post comments/share, and use images from your album to upload profile pictures.  

- We request access to the accelerometer to enable automatic screen rotation when watching videos.  

For a complete list of permissions, including their names, types, scenarios, and purposes, please refer to the appendix **"weldZIP Application Permissions and Usage Description."**  

If you wish to disable a specific permission, most mobile devices support this functionality. Please refer to your device's instructions or contact your service provider or manufacturer for details. Please note that enabling a permission means you authorize us to collect and use the related personal information to provide the corresponding service. Disabling a permission means you revoke this authorization, and we will no longer collect or use the related personal information or provide the corresponding service. However, disabling a permission will not affect your use of other authorized features or the collection and use of personal information based on prior authorizations.  

To enable quick login via NetEase Passport, the information you provide in weldZIP will be synchronized with NetEase Mail Account Security Center.  

### 12. Sensitive Personal Information Notice  

Sensitive personal information refers to information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, damage personal reputation, physical or mental health, or lead to discriminatory treatment. The personal information you provide or we collect may include sensitive personal information, such as bank account numbers, transaction and consumption records, virtual property information, system account information, email addresses and associated passwords, phone numbers, browsing history, and location information. Please handle sensitive personal information with caution. You agree that we may process your sensitive personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this policy.  

### 2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies  

#### (1) Cookies  

We or our third-party partners may use cookies to collect and use your personal information, storing it as log information.  

Cookies help us provide you with a simple, convenient, and personalized online experience. A cookie is a small amount of data sent from a web server to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to benefit you. For example, to make the weldZIP login process faster, you can choose to store your username in a cookie. This allows you to log in to weldZIP services more conveniently the next time. Cookies help us determine the pages and content you access, the time you spend on specific weldZIP services, and the services you choose.  

Cookies enable us to serve you better and faster, making your experience with weldZIP services more personalized. However, you should be able to control whether and how your browser accepts cookies. Please refer to your browser's documentation for more information.  

We and our third-party partners may collect and use your personal information through cookies and store this information.  

We use our own cookies for the following purposes:  

1. **Remembering Your Identity**: Cookies help us recognize you as a registered user or save preferences or other personal information you provide to us.  

2. **Analyzing Your Use of Our Services**: We may use cookies to understand your activities on weldZIP services and determine which services are most popular.  

3. **Advertising Optimization**: Cookies help us provide you with relevant advertisements based on your personal information, rather than general ads.  

While using cookies for the above purposes, we may aggregate non-personally identifiable information collected through cookies and provide it to advertisers and other partners to analyze how you and other users use weldZIP services and for advertising purposes.  

weldZIP services may include cookies placed by advertisers and other partners. These cookies may collect non-personally identifiable information about you to analyze how users use the services, send you ads that may interest you, or evaluate the effectiveness of advertising services. These third-party cookies are governed by their own privacy policies, not this policy, and we are not responsible for third-party cookies.  

You can refuse or manage cookies through your browser or user choice mechanisms. However, please note that disabling cookies may prevent us from providing you with the best service experience, and some services may not function properly. You will still receive advertisements, but their relevance to you may decrease.

### (2) Web Beacons and Pixel Tags  

In addition to cookies, we may use other similar technologies such as web beacons and pixel tags on our website. For example, emails we send to you may contain links to our website content. If you click on these links, we will track the click to help us understand your product or service preferences and proactively improve your customer service experience. Web beacons are typically transparent images embedded in websites or emails. Pixel tags in emails allow us to determine whether the email has been opened. If you do not wish to be tracked in this manner, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

You agree that we may share your personal information with our affiliates, related legal entities, and certain business partners (collectively referred to as "information recipients") in accordance with this policy. We will actively help you understand how information recipients store and use your personal information, as well as your rights to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, or deactivate your account. Except for the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any third party outside of us and our information recipients without your consent:  

1. **Sharing Necessary for Providing Services/Functions**: We may share your personal information with information recipients to achieve core functionalities or provide services you require, including:  

   - Sharing order information with logistics service providers;  

   - Sharing transaction order and payment amount information with third-party payment institutions;  

   - Sharing with other suppliers, service providers, and business partners necessary for our services/functions.  

2. **Necessary Sharing with Certain Partners**: To facilitate necessary/reasonable business operations, meet your requirements, fulfill our obligations under relevant user agreements or this policy, exercise our rights, or comply with legal requirements, we may share your information with certain partners, including:  

   - Sharing log and device information with partners providing data services (e.g., data statistics, data analysis);  

   - Sharing statistical data about your product usage (e.g., crashes, flashbacks) with partners providing product analysis services (e.g., crash analysis, network performance analysis, domain resolution optimization);  

   - Other necessary sharing with certain partners.  

3. **Necessary Sharing with Affiliates**: To provide you with consistent services based on a unified account system and facilitate unified management, personalized recommendations, and system and account security, your personal information may be shared between us and our affiliates, including:  

   - Sharing account-related information within our and our affiliates' products to allow you to log in to certain services without re-registering after creating a NetEase mobile or email account;  

   - Sharing account information, device information, and browsing data reflecting your usage habits and preferences with our affiliates to ensure a consistent and personalized browsing and advertising experience across our and our affiliates' products and services.  

4. **Achieving the Purposes Described in Section 1 of This Policy**;  

5. **Fulfilling Our Obligations Under This Policy or Other Agreements with You and Exercising Our Rights**;  

6. **Sharing with Information Recipients Entrusted with Promotion**: To help such entrusted parties understand the reach and effectiveness of promotions. For example, we may inform them how many people viewed their promotional information or purchased their products after viewing it, or provide them with statistical information that cannot identify individuals to help them understand their audience or customers.  

7. **Legal Compliance and Public Interest**: Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, to comply with legal requirements, protect the interests, property, or safety of us, our affiliates, partners, you, other weldZIP users, or the public, such as preventing fraud and reducing credit risks, we may exchange personal information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personal information for profit in violation of the commitments made in this policy.  

8. **Assisting in Resolving Disputes**: To assist in resolving disputes or conflicts at your legitimate request;  

9. **Providing Information at the Request of Your Guardian**: To provide your personal information at the legitimate request of your guardian;  

10. **Providing Information Under Service Agreements or Legal Documents**: To provide information in accordance with service agreements (including electronically signed agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;  

11. **Academic Research**: To provide information for academic research purposes;  

12. **Public Interest**: To provide information based on social public interests that comply with laws and regulations.  

We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. We will enter into strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions, this policy, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.  

#### (2) Transfer  

1. **Business Transactions**: As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions, and your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will require the new entity holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Otherwise, we will require the entity to seek your authorization and consent again.  

2. **With Your Explicit Consent**: We will transfer your personal information to other parties only after obtaining your explicit consent.

We will only disclose your personal information under the following circumstances and with industry-standard security measures in place: 

1. **At Your Request**: Disclosure of your specified personal information in a manner you explicitly agree to;

When receiving such requests, we will require the recipient to provide corresponding legal documents, such as subpoenas or investigation letters. We firmly believe that personal information requested from us should be as transparent as possible within the limits permitted by law. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a legal basis and are limited to data that law enforcement agencies are legally entitled to obtain for specific investigative purposes.  

#### (4) Exceptions to Prior Authorization and Consent for Sharing, Transfer, or Disclosure  

Under the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require prior authorization or consent:  

1. To fulfill legal obligations under laws and regulations;  

2. To protect national security or defense interests;  

3. To protect public safety, public health, or significant public interests;  

4. To support criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or execution of judgments;  

5. To protect the life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or others, where obtaining consent is difficult;  

6. Personal information you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;  

7. Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed sources, such as lawful news reports or government disclosures.  

According to legal provisions, sharing or transferring de-identified personal information, where the recipient cannot restore or re-identify the individual, does not constitute sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information. The storage and processing of such data do not require prior notification or consent.

### 4. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information Security  

#### (1) Retention Period  

Except as otherwise required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities, we will only store your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. Our criteria for determining this period include:  

1. Completing transactions related to you, maintaining corresponding transaction and business records, and responding to your potential inquiries or complaints;  

2. Ensuring the security and quality of the services provided to you by the platform;  

3. Whether you have consented to a longer retention period;  

4. Whether there are other special agreements regarding the retention period;  

5. The retention period stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.  

After your personal information exceeds the retention period, weldZIP will delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws (if you are a minor, weldZIP will process your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations). If deletion is not possible due to special circumstances, the platform will provide you with an explanation.  

If we terminate our services or operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you in advance as required by relevant laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the purposes described in this policy are fulfilled or the legally required retention period expires, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.  

#### (2) Storage Location  

The personal information we collect and generate during our operations within the People's Republic of China is stored within China, except in the following circumstances:  

1. Where laws and regulations explicitly require otherwise;  

2. Where you have authorized and consented to such storage;  

3. Where the products or services you use involve cross-border activities, and we need to provide your personal information overseas.  

In the above cases, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with this policy and national laws and regulations.

We take personal information security very seriously and have established a dedicated security team. We take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information:

   - Our network services employ various encryption technologies. For example, in certain services, we use encryption technologies (e.g., SSL) to protect your personal information, encrypt and store it, and isolate it using isolation technologies.  

   - When using personal information, such as displaying or associating it, we apply multiple data anonymization techniques to enhance security.  

   - We implement strict data access controls and multi-factor authentication to protect personal information and prevent misuse.  

2. **Other Security Measures to Protect Personal Information**:  

   - We manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information through data classification and grading systems, data security management standards, and data security development standards.  

   - We enforce comprehensive security controls through confidentiality agreements for personnel handling personal information, as well as monitoring and auditing mechanisms.  

   - We conduct security and privacy protection training programs to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information and their security consciousness.  

   - We restrict access to your personal information to only those employees and partners of ours and our affiliates who need to know it. We have established strict access controls and monitoring mechanisms and require all personnel who may access your personal information to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal liability or termination of cooperation with us.  

3. **Internet Security Risks**:  

   - The internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and communication methods such as email, instant messaging, social software, or other service software cannot guarantee complete encryption. We recommend that you use complex passwords and take precautions to protect your personal information when using such tools.  

4. **Our Commitment**:  

   - We will make every effort to ensure the security of any personal information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are breached, resulting in unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information and causing harm to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.  

#### (4) Handling of Security Incidents  

In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with legal requirements, providing:  

- The basic details and potential impact of the incident;

#### (2) Correcting Your Personal Information  

If you wish to correct your basic account information (including profile picture, nickname, shipping address, and phone number), you can log in to the mobile client and edit your details via "weldZIP App - Member - Personal Homepage - Edit Profile."  

#### (3) Deleting Your Personal Information or Account  

You can delete part of your personal information using the methods outlined in "(1) Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information" or contact us using the methods specified in Section 10 ("How to Contact Us") of this policy to delete your account. Generally, we will respond within 15 days. When deleting personal information or your account, we may require identity verification to ensure information security.  

You may request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:  

1. If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;  

2. If we collect or use your personal information without your authorization or consent;  

3. If our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;  

4. If we no longer provide you with weldZIP services.  

If we decide to comply with your deletion request, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it promptly, unless otherwise required by laws or regulations or unless these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting personal information by deleting information, disabling device functions, or deactivating your account using the methods outlined in "(1) Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information," or by contacting us using the methods specified in Section 10 ("How to Contact Us") of this policy. Generally, we will respond within 15 days.  

You can withdraw your authorization via "Member - Settings - Privacy Policy - Withdraw." Once you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer provide the corresponding services or process the related personal information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect our prior processing of personal information based on your authorization.  

#### (5) Deactivating Your Account  

If you no longer use weldZIP services, you can deactivate your account by following the process outlined in "weldZIP App - My Account - Personal Information - Deactivate Account" or by contacting us using the methods specified in Section 10 ("How to Contact Us") of this policy, provided that the conditions of the service agreement and relevant national laws and regulations are met. Generally, we will deactivate your account within 15 working days, after which we will stop providing you with weldZIP services. Once your account is deactivated or deleted, all service data and information related to the account will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by laws or regulations.  

#### (6) Public Sharing  

Many of our services allow you to publicly share your information not only with your social networks but also with all users of the service. If you upload or post personal information in public areas visible to other users or respond to others' posts, such information may be collected and used by others. As long as you do not delete the publicly shared information, it may remain in the public domain. Even if you delete shared information, it may still be independently cached, copied, or stored by other users or third parties beyond our control. If your personal information is leaked due to sharing through the above channels, we are not responsible. 2. **Third-Party Links**: We may provide links to third-party services or websites through advertisements or other means within our services.

If you are a minor under the age of 18, please ensure that your guardian carefully reads this policy and provides consent before you use our services or provide personal information to us. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in the location of the defendant.
