1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information and Permissions
1.1 Registration Information: You need to provide your mobile phone number and verification code to create your account, username, and password, as well as to receive weldZip's online community services, search services, etc.
1.2 Information Display and Content Push: We may, based on the information you provide to us, information we collect directly or indirectly, or a combination of one or several items of information, perform recommendation algorithm modeling, programmatic advertising recommendation algorithm modeling, user behavior analysis, and user profiling, in order to provide you with page displays and personalized content recommendations that better suit your needs. 1.3 Maintaining Basic Operations: To identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, and provide you with basic services such as browsing and searching, we may directly or indirectly collect and store information about the services you use and how you use them, and associate this information. This information includes log information and device information. Please note that log information or device information alone cannot identify a natural person.
1.4 Security Assurance: To improve the security of the services provided by us and our partners, protect your or other users' or the public's personal and property safety from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusion, and more accurately identify violations of laws, regulations, or weldZip service agreements/rules, we may collect, use, or integrate your account information, transaction information, device information, log information, and personal information obtained from our affiliates or partners with your authorization or based on legal sharing, to comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

1.6 Microphone Permission: To enable you to use voice input functions, voice comments, voice interaction with customer service, and voice teaching interaction functions. In these functions, we will collect your audio recording content to identify your specific needs.
1.7 Group Chat Information: All content you publish in group chats, covering text, images, files, @mentions of someone, replies, and other interactions.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We collect your personal information primarily to make it easier and more satisfactory for you and other users to use weldZip Services. This personal information helps us achieve this goal.
1.1 We will collect and obtain your personal information through the following channels:
1.1.1 Personal information you provide.
1.1.1.1 Personal information you provide when registering for a weldZip service account or using weldZip services, including your mobile phone number, and you can voluntarily choose to fill in your nickname, avatar, gender, age, education level, school, ID card number, recipient's name, recipient's contact information, shipping address basic information (on Android systems, you can also voluntarily choose and fill in your region, occupation), to help you register and use weldZip, and receive weldZip's online community services, search services, etc.
1.1.1.2 Personal information you provide to other parties through weldZip services, and personal information stored when you use weldZip services.
1.1.2 Your personal information shared by other parties. That is, shared personal information about you provided by other parties when they use weldZip services.
1.1.3 Personal information we obtain. Personal information we collect, aggregate, and record when you use weldZip services.
1.2 We will collect and use the following types of your personal information for the following purposes:
1.2.1 To help you complete registration, login, and deactivation
To facilitate our provision of complete weldZip services to you, you need to provide basic registration or login personal information, including using your mobile phone number to register and log in or providing a third-party account to log in to weldZip. If you only need to use basic services such as browsing, querying, and searching, you do not need to register as a weldZip user or provide the aforementioned personal information.
1.2.2 Customer Service and After-Sales
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, or when you contact us, our customer service or after-sales may require you to provide real identity information (name, ID card (Sensitive Personal Information)) and account information to verify your identity, in order to help you solve problems, or record the handling plan and results of related issues.
Please note that your identity information is Sensitive Personal Information. Please provide it cautiously. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
1.2.3 Maintaining Normal Operation of Basic Functions
During your use of our services, to identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, and provide you with services such as browsing, searching, registering/logging in, viewing and editing personal profiles, purchasing and watching courses, mailing, and payment, and to maintain the normal operation of basic functions, we may automatically collect and store information about the services you use and how you use them, and associate this information. 1.2.3.1 Log Information: When you use our services, we may automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services as network logs. Log information includes your login account, search query content, clipboard information, IP address, browser type, SIM card information, network environment, language used, access date and time, web browsing history, Push open records, crash records, dwell time, refresh records, publication records, follows, subscriptions, favorites, and shares.
1.2.3.2 Device Information: We may, based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, receive and record information about the device you use (including device identifiers (IMEI/MAC/OPEN UDID), ICCID, Serial, SIM card IMSI identification code, device model, device serial number, operating system and version, client version, device resolution, package name, device settings, process and software list, Android ID, IDFA, UUID, software and hardware characteristic information), information related to the device's location (including IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information that can provide relevant personal information), running process information.
1.2.3.3 Group Chat Content Information covers all message content you send and receive through the group chat function, including text, images, audio, video, files, links, and other metadata. Group Information includes details of groups you create, join, or manage, such as group ID, group name, group avatar, group description, group member list, your nickname/remark within the group, group creation time, last activity time, and group settings (e.g., public or private status). Group Operation Information records various operations you perform, such as creating groups, inviting members, joining groups, leaving groups, removing members, setting or unsetting administrators, modifying group information, disbanding groups, sending/receiving/reading messages, @mentioning someone, recalling messages, favoriting messages, etc.
Group Member Relationship Information: Based on your group membership, other group members can see your role in the group (e.g., member, administrator, group owner) and the nickname/remark you set within the group (if applicable). Additionally, location sharing information within group chats is also included.
Simultaneously, in order to collect the above basic personal device information, we will apply for permission to access your device information. We collect this information to provide you with our basic services and fundamental functions. If you refuse to provide the above permissions, it may result in your inability to use our products and services.
Please note that device information or log information alone is personal information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine this non-personal information with other personal information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the period of combined use, this non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Unless we obtain your authorization or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information. During the period of combined use, this information will be processed and protected as your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.2.4 Providing You with Goods or Services
1.2.4.1 Sharing and Publishing Personal Information: When you use weldZip services, upload and/or publish personal information, and engage in related behaviors (e.g., posting videos or comments within weldZip, submitting document content, and product/service evaluations), we will collect the personal information you upload, publish, or generate, and have the right to display your nickname, avatar, and published content.
1.2.4.2 Delivery of Goods or Services: When you order specific goods or services within our goods or services, we will generate an order for the purchase of such goods or services through the system. To facilitate the delivery of goods or services you purchase in the weldZip Learning Camp or weldZip Mall, you may need to provide the recipient's personal identity information, name, shipping address, postal code, recipient, contact phone number, payment status information (the above information may involve your Sensitive Personal Information). If you refuse to provide such personal information, we will not be able to complete the relevant delivery service. If you order goods or services for others through weldZip services, you need to provide the aforementioned personal information of the actual orderer. Before providing us with the aforementioned personal information of the actual orderer, you need to ensure that you have obtained their authorization and consent.
When you use the weldZip photo welding circle or group chat function, weldZip will collect and store the images and voice information you upload. Our relevant recognition programs will process and analyze this data and return corresponding text results.
1.2.4.3 To complete order payment, deliver goods or services, confirm transaction status, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we may collect your account, order, transaction, payment, and logistics information related to the transaction progress through the transaction objects, payment institutions, logistics companies, etc., selected by you based on the transaction, or share your transaction information with the aforementioned service providers.
1.2.4.4 Order Management: To display your account's order information and protect your after-sales rights, weldZip will collect order information, transaction and consumption records, and virtual property information (e.g., Hanlin Coins) generated during your use of weldZip to display to you and facilitate your order management.
1.2.4.5 Customer Service and After-Sales: When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (including submitting after-sales applications, personal information protection complaints or suggestions, other customer complaints and demands), we may need you to provide necessary personal information to match and verify your user identity, in order to protect your account and system security. We may also save your contact information (the contact method you use when contacting us or other contact information you proactively provide to us), your communication/call records and content with us, and other necessary information related to your needs (the above information may involve your Sensitive Personal Information), in order to contact you or help you solve problems, or record the handling plan and results of related issues.
1.2.5 Your Personal Information Collected by Us Through Indirect Means:
Based on the weldZip services you choose to use, we may obtain relevant information you authorize to share from affiliates and third-party partners. For example, when you use a third-party platform account to access weldZip services, we will collect relevant information from that third-party account (such as username, nickname, and avatar, subject to the scope of your authorization) based on your authorization. After you agree to this Policy, we will link your third-party account with your weldZip account, enabling you to directly log in and use the service through the third-party account. We will collect and use your information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and based on agreements with affiliates or third-party partners, ensuring that the sources of the information provided are legitimate.
1.2.6 Displaying and Pushing Information about Goods or Services to You
1.2.6.1 Displaying and Recommending Goods or Services to You
Based on the information you provide to us, the information we may collect, and your information we collect indirectly (including your browsing and search records, device information, order information, mobile phone number, personal information you fill in on questionnaires for weldZip online or offline activities), we may, based on a combination of one or more of the above items of information, perform recommendation algorithm modeling, programmatic advertising recommendation algorithm modeling, user behavior analysis, and user profiling, to extract features related to your browsing, search preferences, and behavioral habits, in order to provide you with page displays and personalized content recommendations that better suit your needs. You can turn off personalized recommendations via "Log in to weldZip APP -> My -> Personalization".
We may also send marketing information to you via email, SMS, phone, or other means based on characteristic tags, providing or promoting the following goods and services of ours or third parties:
Goods and services of us and our affiliates, including: welding technical services, welding material services, Hanlin Zhibao platform services, smart hardware services, cloud application services, e-commerce, instant messaging services, online media services, interactive entertainment services, social network services, payment services, application software and services, data management software and services, online advertising services, and other social media, entertainment, information, and communication software and services; and
Third-party goods and services, including: internet services, logistics services, banking and financial services, entertainment, books and other publications services, advertising services, points and reward programs, and other goods and services we believe may be relevant to you.
1.2.6.2 Sending Notifications to You. For the contact information you provide during your use of the services (e.g., mobile phone number), we may send service-related notifications during operations for purposes such as user message notification, identity verification, security verification, and user experience research. Additionally, we may also send you services, functions, or activities that may interest you via SMS or phone.
If you do not wish to continue receiving messages pushed by us, you can request us to stop pushing, for example: request us to stop sending promotional SMS according to the SMS unsubscribe instructions, or set in your mobile device to no longer receive messages pushed by us; except for situations where we are required by law or service agreement to send messages.

We hope to provide you with perfect products and services, so we continuously improve our products and services. We may use the personal information collected through weldZip services to diagnose system problems and optimize product experience: The personal information collected when you use weldZip services may be used in our other services to provide you with specific content or show you information related to you, rather than generally pushed information; we may invite you to participate in surveys about weldZip services to help us improve existing services or design new services; simultaneously, we may use your personal information for software updates. If we want to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this Policy or collect other personal information not mentioned, we will separately obtain your consent in accordance with the law through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or other means. 1.2.11 You understand and agree that weldZip services may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device to achieve the collection and use of personal information involved in these permissions. For example, if we apply for photo library permission, it is to enable you to access and upload photos, images, or videos from your device, post comments/share, and use images from your photo library to upload profile pictures. If we apply for accelerometer sensor permission, it is to enable automatic screen rotation when you watch videos... You can view all permission situations in the appendix "weldZip Application Permission Request and Usage Description" to view and understand the permission names, types, acquisition scenarios, and purpose information obtained by weldZip services from you.
When you need to turn off this function, most mobile devices support your needs. For specific methods, please refer to or contact your mobile device service provider or manufacturer. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means you have canceled the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission and will not be able to provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to close permissions will not affect the functions for which you have authorized other permissions, nor the collection and use of personal information previously conducted based on your authorization.
To achieve weldZip Pass quick login, the information you provide in weldZip will be synchronized to the weldZip Mailbox Account Security Center.
